A culminating event is an opportunity for the students to share their research on a specific topic chosen from a general theme. This is Julianna with her group presenting Iowa's changing land features over time using maps and an interactive poster.
The itinerant teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing serve the students who do not attend the cluster programs. The services each student receives varies based on their individual needs. The Expanded Core Curriculum for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students (ECCDHH) is often used for addressing unique needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
